Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all custom IT services, website design, Android applications, custom enterprise software development, and SEO ranking services ordered from ShreeRam Tech Solutions (also known as SRTS Latur).

2. Cancellations

Clients may request project cancellation under the following terms:

Before Project Commences: Cancellations requested before work begins and within 3 business days of deposit payment will receive a 90% refund (minus a 10% administrative/payment processing fee).
During Design/Development Phase: If a cancellation is requested while work is underway, we reserve the right to bill for hours worked or progress milestones completed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining amount from the advance deposit will be refunded.
Post-Development / Staging Presentation: No cancellations are allowed once the project has been fully developed and presented on our staging servers for deployment.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the management of SRTS Latur. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of project execution and delivery parameters outlined in the service agreement.

Please note that payments for domain names, third-party API keys, web hosting fees, and third-party plugin license expenses are completely non-refundable as they are directly allocated to external providers.

4. SEO Services Terms

Due to the nature of search engine algorithm changes and external web indexes, SEO ranking campaigns represent ongoing service retainers and are non-refundable once the campaign month has started. Clients may cancel future recurring months by providing written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
