1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and ShreeRam Tech Solutions, also known as SRTS Latur ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the shreeramtechsolutions.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

No part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

3. Project Specifications and Deliverables

For custom web development, mobile application design, custom software, and SEO campaign orders, the client agrees to deliver detailed specifications, content assets, images, and other materials in a timely manner. SRTS Latur is not responsible for project delays caused by client omissions or late asset deliveries.

4. Payment Terms

All pricing quotes for our IT solutions are custom-tailored based on project scope. Unless otherwise explicitly outlined in the written Project SLA:

An advance deposit of 50% is required before project execution starts.
The remaining balance is due upon successful testing, staging presentation, and client approval prior to server migration/deployment.
All payments are non-refundable unless specified in a distinct refund SLA.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by ShreeRam Tech Solutions.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
